Parents will attend Registration Night at the Church to officially register their child(ren) in St. Joseph the Worker’s First Holy Communion Program.

CHECKLIST

• Provide a PHOTOCOPY of your child’s Baptismal Certificate

• Complete Registration Form in the Parish Hall in the basement.

• Pay Fee of $75.00 (Cash, Cheque, Debit, or Credit accepted).
